The Entrust Datacard CR805 Retransfer Card Printer is the latest generation of print-on-demand solutions. The card printer features very high print quality with brilliant colors - and with its additional options, it is just as flexible as you need it to be.
The pigment ink enables crisp printing at a resolution of 600dpi - making the Datacard CR805 card printer an ideal purchase for smaller runs that require special quality. Microtext is possible, as well as other machine-readable elements such as OCR codes 1D and 2D barcodes.
The Datacard CR805 is fast - 100 cards can be printed on one side per hour (that's about 36 seconds per card) or 55 plastic cards printed on both sides. Additional protection for the cards can be applied to the card by means of an additional retransfer film - or by means of real laminator module.
